We had Eva Engman as our wedding officiant for our wedding day. Despite of the rain shower throughout the ceremony, Eva managed to give us the most beautiful romantic memories that my husband and I have ever had. We made the last minute change to our wedding venue due to the unexpected weather condition. Thanks to Eva’s advice, we and our guests didn’t get to get caught in the shower. Eva is a professional and responsible officiant - she got there 30mins in advance, making sure we got the best spot for our ceremony and the appropriate lighting for our photo shoot. She was agile and good at problem solving - with all of the last minute changes, she managed to leverage resources onsite and get people involved to celebrate our special day. The weather might not be perfect for the majority of new couples but with Eva’s professional help, our wedding day was full of love, blessings, and surprise!

I found Eva after having my previous officiant drop out a month prior to the wedding day. It was such luck that we were able to snag her on such short notice! From the very first email I was captured and calmed by Eva's peaceful demeanor and empathetic tone. She really works to put you at ease and gets to know you and your partner as a couple. We knew we wanted a small, intimate ceremony in central park and in searching for a officiant I came across Eva. It was almost as thou the universe led me to her. Our experience with Eva was magnificent, and she’s such a sweetheart! Eva was very thoughtful to make our special occasion spiritual, fun and personalized :) She even accommodated us on short notice for an in-person wedding, driving all the way from Maine to New York. We got the chance to talk to her before the wedding on FaceTime, and she even gave us a little homework where we had to fill a questionnaire about how we met and how our love grew together. You helped us with everything, even finding a flower shop and bringing white ribbon to the bouquet.
After listening to us, you suggested St Ann’s warehouse in Dumbo as the place for the ceremony.
The day before the wedding we walked around Dumbo together with you scouting alternative places if the weather should be against us.
You really helped us with the boring paperwork that was necessary.
